Mod podge madness

Sick of your boring bookshelves? I was! A bit of sample wallpaper from the House of Hackney really brightened them up, and brought a bit of glamour and drama to a rather drab area.

I love House of Hackney, but don't have £185 to spend on a roll of wallpaper. Luckily they will send you a sample for £2 a time. I bought a sample of Artemis black and also of Peacock and Dragon in red.

The Artemis went in the middle of the area. You use the Mod Podge glue - I prefer matt - on the back of the paper and then over the top as well. Then I cut the other wallpaper into little tiles which I placed around it.

You can see that its white but dries see through after a few hours.
